Everyone has been debating the recent cheese-grater edition of the Mac Pro, and I hate to admit that this was one Apple product that I didn’t fancy much. The form and functionality were mismatched. I’d much rather live in a fantasy world and promote the MacPro concept by Semin Jun.
The CPU is classy and features two parts – the main body and its case. Wrapped in a mesh poly-carbonate body, the heart of the computer is encapsulated in a stylish transparent frame. Sporting an aerodynamic design, the case and the body fit together snugly. Details include Touch ID to unlock the MacPro, two Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports, Support for Thunderbolt 3 (up to 10 GB/s), SDXC Card Slot, 3.5mm Headphone jack. The Built-in speakers host an array of six horn-loaded tweeters and the high-excursion woofer comes with custom amplifier.
The main body slides out easily and weighs only 9.4 kgs, compared to the 18 kg 2019 Mac Pro. Teamed with a new Pro Display XDR, which has a mesh back body, the display slides up and down – tilts back and front and at an angle, on its stand so that you can adjust your viewing angle. It requires Touch ID to unlock the display and fire it up. It has a dream price of $2,999 with the Pro Stand!
Designed as a wireless sync edition that works with your iPhone, simply place it on top of the Mac and let it sync with your computer and charge at the same time.
Will someone make this… please!
