Some bids for Yahoo’s core business have come in "at or above" $5 billion, according to CNBC.
Verizon’s bid for Yahoo is more than $3.5 billion, according to the report, and is "among the lower bids." Earlier this week, The Wall Street Journal reported that Verizon’s bid would come at around $3 billion.
Last month, Bloomberg reports that Yahoo had gotten 10 initial offers, "ranging from about $4 billion to $8 billion," citing people familiar with the matter.
The final round of bidding for Yahoo is expected to end by the middle of July, according to CNBC.
Verizon competitor AT&T has also made a bid for Yahoo, according to Bloomberg. The company had initially decided against bidding in April but has since changed its mind.
