A Tesla Model S driver had his rearview camera on while driving and noticed a driver in a Porsche trying to keep up. The Tesla Models S driver decided to have a little fun and push his car a little bit, accelerating fast off the line and whipping around a curve. It didn’t take long for the Porsche driver to realize what was up.
In a fruitless attempt to try and keep up with the Tesla, the Porsche driver ended up losing control and spinning his car out in the middle of the road while the Tesla driver cackled like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber after feeding Joe Mentalino a bunch of red hot peppers…Which, to be fair, is exactly how any of us would react to burning a Porsche off the line, around a corner, and sending them into a tailspin.
I’m consistently blown away at just how high performance the Tesla Model S is. I still haven’t fully wrapped my mind around an electric car being one of the most badass cars on the planet, and every time I see a video like this I’m reminded that the future is now. (h/t DIGG Video)
